When Will My Order Ship?
At Dirty Earth, your product is made upon order, and because of this, you can usually expect your order to ship within 2-3 business days. In the event that materials for your product are on backorder, you will be notified via email with an estimated time arrival for your shipment. Dirty Earth recieves materials from wholesale companies, and therefore has no control over backordered items.
Why Are Returns Not Accepted?
Due to the nature of our items and the materials used, we do not accept returns. If damage occurs to your bracelet, please read our policy below.
How Do I Care For My Wrap Bracelet? What if it get's damaged?
Because leather is a natural, porous material, we highly suggest you do not get it wet, or leave it in water for extended periods of time (swimming,etc.). While our pieces are secure, they are still delicate and should be treated with care.
If you experience any issues at all with your bracelet within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us and we will repair it for free. This offer does not apply to wholesale accounts, or to customers who fall outside of the 30 day limit.
If your bracelet needs repairs after 30 days, you will be charged materials and labor (dependent on damage) to repair your item.
Please note that should you need any repairs, all return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded. Please include return shipping postage. Please pack jewelry in a padded envelope or bubble wrap. Insurance on your package is not necessary, but it is recommended as Dirty Earth will not be responsible for any damages or loss that occurs during shipping.
Please allow a turnaround of up to 3 weeks from the time your package arrives.
Is Your Leather Lead Free?
Yes! We only buy our leather from a company that uses certified lead free dye.
I'm not sure if my order will fit? How can I guarantee it will?
With so many varying sizes, we realize that a 'one size fits all' approach isn't always the answer. To ensure that you get a perfect fit, we offer sizes from 6 inches to 8.5 inches. If you are ordering your bracelet as a gift, or are unsure of your own wrist size, please select the N/A option when ordering and we will make your bracelet based on standard sizing, including 3 adjustable closures. If you need it smaller, let us know in the comment section of your order and we will make it to fit!
